  In House Training – minimum 6 participants.

4 days 10am -4pm daily.

This can be 4 consecutive days or spread over 4 weeks.

Price does not include travel expenses; Mileage at 45p a mile or train and accommodation as required.

Individual participants can book on to a  3 day Intensive running throughout the year, open to the general public. You can join for £240 exclusive of B&B
