Rachel is the Course Leader of the Dramatherapy Foundation Course starting 2012
She was the Founder and Senior tutor of the DT Diploma Course in Stroud for sixteen years. Beginning her creative career as a performer and choreographer Rachel sought for a more meaningful relationship with the Arts as a therapeutic tool and qualified as a Dramatherapist in 1992. Combining Theatre and Dramatherapy skills, Rachel works in a variety of contexts and settings and can offer assistance in rehabilitation to independent living or for individuals or groups entering or re-entering the work place. Some specialist areas include alcohol and drug addiction and rehabilitation, eating disorders, carers in the community and young people leaving social care.
Rachel also offers in house training programmes for public services, further education, and staff development training for CPD.
