Dramatherapy is a form of interactive group-work with the emphasis on the use of drama as a means to explore the self and surrounding world. Just as theatre allows us to look at human issues in new and unexpected ways, Dramatherapy allows participants to experience their lives in new and unexpected ways. The emphasis is on having fun and to explore and express the self in a safe and supportive environment.

This is a closed group of 6 evenings for those interested in the personal and therapeutic benefits of Dramatherapy for self healing and change.

This term will focus on how we make choices, set goals and intentions for the future. How do we express our message to the world? Is the intuitive side of our nature picking up on the synchronicity and signals in our life to help guide us on our journey? Using dramatherapy processes, drama and improvisation methods, we will explore how our inner world affects our outer world.

The emphasis is on having fun exploring and expressing the self and where the group provides an opportunity to explore personal issues, participants are able to work at their own pace. No previous experience is necessary.
